The subsidiary was acknowledged as the company with the best customer experience in Chile as it took first place in the overall ranking of the Praxis Xperience Index (PXI), a survey that evaluated 122 companies from different industries nationwide.
In this edition, the subsidiary also led the Cylinder Gas category and received the Sustained Improvement award, after demonstrating growth in the metric over the last four years. The study considered companies from 27 industries and was based on more than 50,000 surveys conducted in 2025, evaluating functional and emotional dimensions of service.
The index ranks Abastible as number one in delivering an “excellent experience,” defined by meeting needs in a simple, agile, and pleasant manner, combining efficiency with a close and trustworthy relationship. “We are convinced that placing customers at the center of our decisions is key to offering a quality, safe, and reliable service,” said Sebastián Montero, Chief of the LG Chile Business at Abastible.
The company also highlighted its collaboration with distributors and SME suppliers, promoting initiatives such as the “7-Day Payment” program, which has benefited more than 3,000 small and medium-sized enterprises by shortening payment terms, thereby strengthening a more sustainable business ecosystem throughout Chile.
