ARAUCO held “Women Leaving Footprints” meeting
The meeting took place in Concepción on April 3 and brought together more than 200 employees from different roles within the organization. It was also broadcast live to employees in Chile, Argentina, Brazil and the United States.
The initiative is part of the subsidiary’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Agenda, which aims to highlight the strategic value of women as a key part of the company, as well as to raise awareness of the importance of gender equity. This time, topics such as work-life balance and the promotion of the active inclusion of female talent were addressed.
“The active participation of women at all levels is crucial to the sustainable growth of our company,” said Cristián Infante, ARAUCO’s general manager.
