The subsidiary announced that both diesel and 97, 95, and 93 octane gasoline sold in Chile have achieved TOP TIER+ certification, an international standard that certifies that each type of fuel meets the world’s most demanding quality standards.
This recognition guarantees the efficiency of fuels in terms of cleanliness and removal of dirt from the engine.
The certification is promoted by the leading automakers in the market, such as General Motors, Ford, Toyota, Honda, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, and BMW, among others, and seeks to constantly improve fuel quality, as well as maximize performance and reduce pollutant emissions.
