The Copec subsidiary held the second edition of the Smart Energy Awards, which recognize companies that are leading the energy transition in Chile through innovation, digitization, and sustainable management.
The award categories acknowledged organizations that are leading different areas of the energy transition. In “Smart Energy,” Geoquim, Cencosud, and Bodenor were highlighted for their operational digitization; in “Leaders in Energy Transition,” Ariztía, Subsole, Walmart, and CBRE were awarded for their sustainable vision; and in “Sustainable Management,” Caleta Bay, Minera Candelaria, and Mowi were distinguished for their innovation and environmental consistency.
