The subsidiary announced that it has surpassed 90 fast charging stations nationwide through Copec Voltex, thus consolidating the most extensive and powerful electric charging network in Latin America. Of the total, 30 of these stations exceed 360 kW of power, allowing ultra-fast recharging in just 10 minutes, with modernized equipment, multiple connectors, and intelligent monitoring systems.
“Celebrating our 90th anniversary with 90 fast-charging stations is not just a symbolic gesture, but a tangible sign of where we are headed as a company,” said Arturo Natho, Copec’s CEO, highlighting that this deployment is part of a long-term vision that seeks to transform mobility and accompany the country’s energy transition.
The network already covers all regions of Chile, from Arica to Punta Arenas, including urban areas and strategic interurban routes.
The initiative was praised by authorities such as Transport Minister Juan Carlos Muñoz and Undersecretary of the Environment Maximiliano Proaño, who highlighted the role of electromobility in improving urban quality of life and closing territorial gaps.
Copec plans to continue expanding this infrastructure throughout 2026, with new charging points, solutions for logistics fleets, and continuous improvements in user experience.
