The subsidiary was honored by EY Chile as “M&A Team of the Year” at the event called “Strategy and Transactions: Keys for 2025”. The award highlighted the strategic role played by the company in carrying out important transactions during 2024.
The subsidiary’s development division manager, Leonardo Ljubetic, received the award.
