Copec, Pronto and Abastible stand out in the customer experience excellence rank...
The subsidiaries were awarded in the Praxis Xperience Index (PXI) 2025 for their performance in the experience delivered...
The project was entrusted to the 5th Firefighters Company of Santiago, Arturo Prat Fire Station, and was financed by the subsidiary together with SQM Litio. This is an important milestone because this is the first company in Latin America to incorporate this type of sustainable technology to its fleet.
The vehicle delivered is a Rosenbauer RTX model, manufactured in Austria. It is a 100% electric fire truck with a backup system that extends its operations for more than four hours and allows its batteries to be recharged in only 45 minutes. It also has 4WD traction and a turning radius 50% smaller than that of a traditional truck, thanks to its configurable rear wheels, which improves its maneuverability and optimizes firefighting tasks.
Arturo Natho, Copec’s CEO, pointed out that “this fire truck not only reduces emissions, but also improves operational efficiency, allowing firefighters to respond with the same speed and power, but in a more sustainable way.”
