The Company ranked 25th in the twelfth edition of Merco Talento Chile, a ranking that distinguishes the 200 best companies in the country in terms of attracting professionals. The holding company rose 20 places, after closing in 45th position in the previous edition.
The Merco Talento ranking, whose results are audited by consulting firm KPMG, collects and analyzes several dimensions related to employer brand, job quality, and internal reputation of organizations.
The study ranked Empresas Copec as the second best in the Business Holding category. Meanwhile, in the Forestry sector, ARAUCO took first place, while in Energy and Distribution, the subsidiary Copec also led the sector.
