The 2024 version of the Merco Talento Chile ranking placed the Company and its subsidiaries Copec, Arauco and Abastible among the best firms in attracting and retaining talent in the country.

For the second consecutive year, Empresas Copec ranked second in the Holding Company category. It also ranked 45th overall in the indicator of the 200 most attractive companies to work for in the country.

In terms of subsidiaries, Copec climbed to tenth place in the general ranking, entering the Top 10 of the companies most highly rated by workers, and remained in first place in the Energy and Distribution sector. Abastible also stood out in this category, reaching third place for the second year (43rd in the overall ranking).

The subsidiary Arauco was also acknowledged with the first place in the Forestry category, and climbed to 31st place overall.

The measurement compiles and analyzes different dimensions linked to an employer brand, such as labor quality and internal reputation of organizations in Chile. In this edition, 47,433 surveys were conducted nationwide among workers, university students, business school graduates, unions, head hunters, human resources managers, academics and the general public. In addition, the presence and attractiveness of the company on the professional networking platform LinkedIn was analyzed.
