The Company was once again acknowledged in Standard & Poor’s annual report, which recognizes organizations with the best sustainability performance globally. In this edition, more than 9,200 companies were evaluated through the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) 2025, of which 848 were selected to be included in the annual report based on their scores in the assessment.

On this occasion, Empresas Copec was highlighted in the Retailing category, consolidating its position as a leader in the industry. Additionally, among the Group’s subsidiaries, Terpel was named Industry Mover, and, for the first time, Copec was included among the featured companies in the Yearbook.

S&P Global’s evaluation requires consistency, robust governance, and long-term management, and today it places us above 97% of the companies evaluated in the industry.
