The company received this important distinction awarded by EY, the Santiago Stock Exchange and the Chilean Institute of Directors (IdDC) to companies that trade on the stock exchange and stand out for their good practices in Corporate Governance.

Eduardo Navarro, CEO of Empresas Copec, expressed his gratitude for the award and congratulated the other winning companies. Banco de Chile and Banco BCI were also recognized along with the Company. Meanwhile, Falabella received the Outstanding Company 2024 award.
“La Voz del Mercado” (The Voice of the Market) survey is a measurement of the perception of directors, investors, intermediaries and analysts, among other professionals and experts, on the quality and corporate governance practices of the most traded companies on the Stock Exchange.
