Golden Omega signs agreement to distribute vegan Omega-3 in the US
The subsidiary entered into an alliance with Benexia to market chia seed oil in North America. Through this partnership, Golden Omega will add a new vegan, natural and sustainably produced Omega-3 oil to its product portfolio.
Benexia, a Chilean company with operations in Arica, just like Golden Omega, is one of the largest chia producers in the world, with more than 20 years of experience and a decade focused on industrial production, developing food, beverage and supplement applications.
Claudio Aracena, commercial director of Golden Omega said: “Our commitment to providing high quality, sustainable ingredients and for dietary supplements, coupled with exceptional customer service, has been the key to our success over the past 10 years. The addition of Benexia’s chia oil aligns perfectly with our mission and we are excited about the possibilities it will bring.”
