Nutrisco completes its first purchase in USA
The subsidiary acquired 80% of LiveMore SuperFoods, a California-based company that specializes in the production of fruit smoothies, being its first international expansion through acquisitions.
With this step, Nutrisco will deepen its strategy for the North American market, considering that in March of this year it had already opened a business center in Miami. In addition, this purchase is in line with its business projections, estimating sales of US$1 billion by 2027.
Regarding the operation, Ignacio Astete, CEO of Nutrisco North America, stated that “the idea is to continue strengthening the distribution of LiveMore nationwide in the United States, with an ambitious expansion plan in the second half of 2024.”
