Abastible and Copec top PXI 2022 customer experience ranking

Empresas Copec’s subsidiaries were awarded first and second place, respectively, in the Praxis Xperience Index survey, which measures those brands that provide the best service nationwide. Pronto Copec, in addition to leading the Minimarket category, ranked 12th in the overall ranking.

Chilean consumers awarded Abastible and Copec as the companies that offered the best service experience at the national level, according to the results of the Praxis Xperience Index 2022, which evaluates 132 brands in 31 categories and whose purpose is to promote continuous improvement in the interaction between customers and the country’s main service companies.

In a context marked by the pandemic in which, according to the results of the analysis itself, excellence in customer experience in general shows a downward trend, Copec and Abastible managed to differentiate themselves within a select group of brands.

Praxis Xperience Index 2022 is based on a model that measures customer experience in three dimensions: functional, i.e., the effectiveness of the interaction; operational, its ease; and emotional, how pleasant it is. This is done through more than 45 thousand telephone surveys, conducted between January and December 2021, to men and women over 18 years of age, in municipalities with more than 130,000 inhabitants or regional capitals from Arica to Punta Arenas.
