Abastible and Huechuraba launch Culinary Cowork for local entrepreneurs

The public-private partnership will launch the first initiative of its kind in the municipality, creating a space designed to benefit more than 150 entrepreneurs in the food sector.

The initiative, developed together with Programa Emprende, Innova y Crece (Start, Innovate and Grow Program) of the Labor Department of the Municipality of Huechuraba, includes equipped infrastructure, technical training and specialized support to move forward in the professionalization, formalization and growth of these businesses.

The program features training sessions, workshops focused on innovation and product improvement, and a six-month culinary residency for projects at a more advanced stage of development. Through these lines of work, it seeks to strengthen production processes, ease regulatory compliance and open new business opportunities.

Joaquín Cruz, Corporate CEO of Abastible, highlighted that “this program reflects our purpose of fostering the entrepreneurial spirit by providing concrete tools, training and equipped spaces so that culinary businesses can grow, professionalize and expand into new markets.”
