Blue Express and Reversso launch new returns model
Reversso, a startup specializing in returns and exchange management for e-commerce and in which Blue Express recently invested, introduced a new On-Demand returns model.
The new service, in which Uber Direct will also collaborate, will allow consumers to request a return through the Reversso portal and receive an express home pickup in less than 20 minutes.
Olivier Paccot, Blue Express CEO, noted that “we have consolidated our position as the main logistics partner for brands looking for efficiency and reliability. Our infrastructure, with more than 3,000 Blue Express points and Copec service stations throughout Chile, ensures that products arrive quickly. With this alliance, we not only optimize times, but also set a new standard in returns for the entire industry, providing consumers with a reliable and convenient experience.”
Reversso’s co-founder and CEO, Benjamín Santa María, highlighted that “this on-demand returns service, leveraged on the Blue Express and Copec Points, reduces distances and a complete step compared to the next day pick-ups we did before.”
