Copec and Pronto lead again in the “Consumer Loyalty” index


The study, conducted by Consultora Alco, annually awards this recognition to outstanding companies in the country’s main industries. In this context, Copec was awarded first place in the “Service Station” category and Pronto in “Convenience Stores”.

The measurement is based on a sample of more than 16 thousand surveys, conducted between July and September 2022. Based on the consumer loyalty indicator, NPS (Net Promoter Score), 88 leading companies from 17 industries were selected. According to the consulting firm, the most relevant keys for consumers were price, reliability, assortment and empathy.

This way, Copec and Pronto continue to position themselves as the Chileans’ favorites, a result based on a systematic work focused on proximity and excellent levels of experience.
