Copec leads Procalidad 2025 customer satisfaction ranking


In the year of its 90th anniversary, the subsidiary was awarded first place in the Procalidad 2025 National Customer Satisfaction Index, in the Service Stations category. The study, based on consumer surveys, measures variables such as overall satisfaction, recommendation, trust, and perception of value regarding price and loyalty.

In addition, the brand was highlighted in a special study conducted by Procalidad, which analyzed the evolution of customer satisfaction in different industries over the last ten years. In this long-term analysis, Copec led the ranking within the retail sector, consolidating its position as the most consistent company in delivering value in its category.
