Copec, Pronto and Abastible stand out in the customer experience excellence ranking
The subsidiaries were awarded in the Praxis Xperience Index (PXI) 2025 for their performance in the experience delivered to its customers, reaffirming its commitment to high standards of quality and service in all scopes of operation.
Copec and Abastible reached third place in the overall ranking, while Pronto came in sixth, all consolidating their position within the group of “excellent experiences.” In addition, Abastible achieved an outstanding position in the bottled gas segment.
This acknowledgement reflects the sustained efforts of the companies to strengthen the relationships with their customers and consistently respond to their expectations.
The PXI annually evaluates the interaction of more than 50,000 people with over 130 brands in Chile, measuring functional, operational and emotional dimensions, and has consolidated its position as a benchmark in the assessment of customer experience at a national level.
