Empresas Copec announces payment of interim dividends
The Company’s Board of Directors agreed, at a meeting held on September 30, to amend Empresas Copec S.A.’s Dividend Policy, and approved the distribution of two interim dividends out of profits for the current fiscal year.
The announcement and its rationale are detailed in an Essential Fact sent by the CEO to the financial regulator (CMF).
