Nutrisco strengthens its commitment to developing a sustainable food industry
As part of the international food industry exhibition Espacio Food & Service, held in Espacio Riesco, the subsidiary granted the Innovation Award in the Food Innovation Call (I+A, for its acronym in Spanish), a public-private collaboration between Transforma Alimentos, Espacio Food & Service and Nutrisco. This seeks to recognize the best innovations in the food industry, highlighting their business potential, social impact and creativity.
The winners were Kura Biotech, Collagen Fans and Comparini Lab, all of which received financial support along with mentoring for scaling up.
At the event, Nutrisco also organized the seminars “Consumer Trends and Behavior” and “Sustainable Innovation”, instances in which leaders in consumer trends, innovation and sustainability were able to share relevant data and reflect on the challenges of the sector.
