Arauco, Copec, Abastible and Empresas Copec were distinguished in the MERCO talent ranking, a monitor that identifies the companies with the greatest capacity to retain and attract talent in the country.

For this study, 26,425 surveys were conducted to various audiences, including experts in human resources, general population, students from business schools, university students and employees of the companies evaluated.

Aspects such as motivation, recognition, ethical and professional values, the relationship of professionals with their supervisors and fair development opportunities, were some of the main points addressed in this ranking.

Considering that Empresas Copec, Arauco and Copec had already been included in previous versions of this indicator, it should be noted that Abastible joined the ranking for the first time and ranked 29th, a great step for the team led by Joaquin Cruz.

Finally, it is worth mentioning that Codelco, Banco de Chile and BCI were among the top three positions.
