Abastible, ARAUCO and Copec were acknowledged with the Best Paying Companies award (MEP, for its acronym in Spanish), an award given by Bolsa de Productos de Chile (BCP) -Chile’s commodity exchange-, Chile’s entrepreneur association ASECH, and El Mercurio, to 34 companies that stand out for their behavior and implementation of good practices in the timely payment to their suppliers.
This time, the survey evaluated 8,200 companies, through a system that considers the effective payment term and the number of invoices.
This way, Empresas Copec and its subsidiaries ratify their commitment to the country’s SMEs.
