Abastible wins 2020 Consumer Loyalty award


The subsidiary was chosen as the best liquefied gas company in this study, where 13,840 consumers from 16 industries operating in the country were surveyed remotely between July and October. Each person identified the brand with which they most closely related and the level of recommendation for the last three and six months. In this context, Abastible obtained the best result in the liquefied gas sector.

The Consumer Loyalty Award is awarded to companies that have obtained the best rates according to the benchmark applied by Alco Consultores and the Universidad de los Andes Business School.

The methodology applied is the NPS (Net Promoter Score) whose indicator recommends a brand, product or service on a scale of 0 to 10, determining how many clients are promoters, passives or detractors.

This recognition becomes even more important in times when the pandemic has affected the operation of all industries. However, thanks to the solid work of the Abastible team, where empathy, speed and the application of a strict sanitary protocol prevailed, it was possible to carry out, with the highest quality standards, this essential service for Chileans.
