ARAUCO inaugurates housing complex

The Villa Bosques de Montemar project will benefit 147 families from the Arauco commune, who received the keys to their new homes this month.

This newly opened neighborhood is the result of a joint effort between the beneficiary families, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, the Municipality of Arauco and the ARAUCO subsidiary, through a Housing Program.

The housing project is located in the Pemerehue sector, on land with an area of more than 5.5 hectares. They are one and two-level houses, from 51 m2 to 64 m2. In addition, it has green areas and a social headquarters, with the purpose of offering a space for family recreation.
