Copec, Pronto and Abastible win PROCALIDAD 2020 Award
Copec, Pronto and Abastible were honored with the PROCALIDAD National Customer Satisfaction Award, which is based on three indicators: general satisfaction, price satisfaction and claims rate.
This survey conducted by the consulting firm Praxis and the Adolfo Ibáñez University recognizes the leading brands that are best evaluated by their customers on an annual basis. To do this, field work is carried out continuously, from January to December, setting a daily quota of surveys for each of the 134 leading service brands in the country. The overall performance of brands, and not just some period affected by communication actions or specific events, are measured by the INSC (National Customer Satisfaction Index).
This year, Copec was the leader in the “Service Stations” category, Pronto in the “Minimarkets” category and Abastible in the “Gas Meter” and “Gas Cylinder” category. This important recognition is the result of a common strategy focused on delivering, on a daily basis, a service of excellence and quality to all its customers throughout the country.
