The Company and its subsidiaries showed significant progress in the Merco Talento Chile ranking, which analyzes the 200 companies with the best performance in their ability to attract and retain talent.
Empresas Copec climbed 39 positions in the overall ranking compared to the previous year, reaching 30th place. It also achieved second place in the Holding Company category.
Copec ranked 11th in the ranking and, together with Abastible, took first and third place, respectively, in the Energy and Distribution category. Finally, ARAUCO climbed 23 places in the overall study.
The report, for which results are audited by consulting firm KPMG and which includes the participation of 30,536 employees of the companies analyzed, addresses different reputational dimensions linked to talent, including surveys to workers, university students, business school graduates, unions, headhunters, human resources managers, academics and the general public.
