For the fourth year in a row, the Company was selected to be part of Dow Jones Sustainability Chile (DJSI Chile). This index is made up of leading sustainability companies and uses the “best in its class” selection method of the General Stock Price Index (SPCLXIGPA) of the Santiago Stock Exchange, assessing environmental, social and good corporate governance factors.

Empresas Copec was also included, for the second consecutive year, in the MILA (DJSI MILA Pacific Alliance) sustainable stock index, which brings together the stock exchanges of Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.

This year, the best evaluated areas in the economic dimension were code of business conduct and risk management. On the other hand, in the environmental dimension, the environmental report and management of risks associated with the water resource stood out. Meanwhile, corporate citizenship, philanthropy and social reporting were distinguished in the social dimension.
