Fundación Belén Educa and Empresas Copec hold Master Talks

With the aim of guiding high school students on the road to their personal and professional development, twelve executives from Empresas Copec and its subsidiaries gave the traditional Master Talks, which had been suspended during the pandemic and returned to the face-to-face format.

On this occasion, managers from Empresas Copec, Abastible, ARAUCO, Copec, Arcoprime, Orizon, Golden Omega and Alxar met with 474 students from first to fourth grade of the Crescente Errázuriz school in Puente Alto, with whom they talked about the challenges and opportunities of the school and university stages, as well as sharing their experience and motivating them to continue with their higher education.

For Eduardo Navarro, general manager of Empresas Copec, this was an enlightening experience for both the young students and the executives. “Today we talked about professional and personal development, talent and the future, in an instance that we were able to resume in person after the pandemic. We hope to have been a contribution to encourage students to believe in themselves, to have goals and passion for what they want and dream. This business group is made up of people committed to the goal of providing quality education and generating change through tangible actions. I thank those who accepted the invitation to come and tell their stories and learn from the experiences and concerns of the students,” he said.
